The outer boroughs are Sutton, Barking, Kingston upon Thames, Redbridge, Bromley, Richmond upon Thames, Ealing, Merton, Enfield, Haringey, Bexley, Harrow, Brent, Havering, Newham, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Croydon, and Waltham Forest.
There are many attractions in London. Notable historical sites include Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Westminster Place, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Kensington Palace. The Borough Market is one of the best places in London to get the best of UK cuisine. Central London is the perfect place for shopping, as it is the largest market in London and has many restaurants, cafes, shops, kiosks, and bars. Trafalgar Square is one of the best public areas of London, and many celebrations and events take place there.
London is a vital part of the world’s economy. Out of the Fortune 500 companies, 75% have offices in London. The London Stock Exchange is one of the 3 most important stock exchanges in the world (the other two being Tokyo and New York), and its effects are seen in financial markets all over the world. There are 5 main financial districts in London, Westminster, The City, Camden & Islington, Lambeth & Southwark, and Canary Wharf.
